Shipping Policy

At Aether & Light we aim to dispatch and deliver our products as quickly and efficiently as possible. We hand pour all of our products in small batches here in Hampshire so we typically require 3-5 days turnaround time. Depending upon when our small batches have been poured, products may be available immediately in which case we will get them dispatched on the day of purchase. Shipping starts from £3.99 and is dependant on weight.

​For orders over £45 you will receive free delivery.

All of our orders are sent either via Royal Mail or Hermes courier.

PLEASE NOTE: We only ship within the UK (including the Channel Islands) at this moment in time. 

Return Policy

We do our very best to ensure your Aether & Light products arrives to you in perfect condition.

However, if you do wish to return your candle, please email us straight away with your order number and reason for return. The candle must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging (or sent with adequate protection). You will have 14 days from the date you received your order to communicate with us of your intention to return the candle and actually post it back to us.

As we are a small company we are unable to offer a free return on your purchase at this time - so any returns will be at your own expense. 

Accidents do happen in transit and if your item arrives damaged or broken please send us an e-mail with photo evidence so that we can get any such issues sorted as soon as possible.
